This policy covers information submitted through Lumi’s quote and review forms.

What Lumi collects

The quote form may collect your name, contact method, project name, requested service, optional budget information, and the project details you provide. The review form collects your chosen name, project or collaboration, service category, outcome description, rating, and review text.

Why it is collected

Quote information is used to evaluate project fit, prepare a response, and communicate about potential services. Review information is used to moderate and, when approved, publish client or collaborator feedback.

Who can access it

Access to private submissions is limited to authorized Lumi personnel. Lumi does not sell submitted contact information. Approved reviews display the submitted name, rating, and review publicly.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for project communication, recordkeeping, or review moderation. To request deletion, contact Lumi through Discord or the quote form and provide enough information to identify the submission. Do not send passwords or sensitive account credentials.
